Position Information
Description & Details : This position is an essential part of the IT Service Center. The individual in this position coordinates card production functions for the IT Service Center; coordinates processes and education for the NDSU Record Management program; and serves as a leader and role model for employees in customer service and teamwork. Work Schedule : University office hours, customarily M - F, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Advertised Salary : $43,000
Minimum Qualifications :
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong and effective oral and written communication skills
- Experience in working with advanced functions on Microsoft office suite, including Excel
- Experience in documentation for websites
- Demonstrated capacity for self-directed learning.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve complex problems independently and in collaboration with users, vendors, and colleagues.
