We are seeking an appointment scheduler for a busy medical practice. Job duties include but not limited to the following: Answering incoming phone calls from patients, scheduling appointments, and intake of patient and insurance information. Our ideal candidate would be able to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks, comfortable working with computers, effective in both written and spoken communication, at ease working in a busy medical practice where multi-tasking is often required, punctual and reliable, and detail oriented. This entry level position would be perfect for anyone who might be considering a career in the healthcare industry. Must be available to work 40 hours per week. Occasional travel to other locations for clinic coverage as needed is a possibility. Bilingual is a plus.
