We are looking for a motivated Medical Receptionist/Front Office to be the face and voice of our practice.
The duties of the Medical Receptionist/Front Office include answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and more. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant demeanor.

Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answers and directs phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Greets and assists patients upon arrival and departure from the clinic.
- Schedules and confirms patient appointments, manages calendars and reminders.
- Manages patient records and ensures confidentiality.
- Orders office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Utilizes multiple contact platforms such as email, text, and voice for patient communication and marketing.
- Assists in marketing efforts and campaigns to promote clinic services.
- Handles billing inquiries and processes payments.
- Coordinates with medical staff and other departments as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a primary care front office or similar setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with email and text scheduling tools
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of medical billing and coding.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems, specifically eCW.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
