SUMMARY : Responsible for providing practical nursing care to clinic patients under supervision of providers and Center Manager. Work collaboratively with the care team and community resources to coordinate care and services. Become fully functional in the use of the electronic medical record (EMR) and follow the EMR Manual instructions.SCHEDULE / HOURS :
- Monday - Friday
- 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
- No weekendsQualificationsEDUCATION and CERTIFICATIONS :
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current and active LPN License to practice in the State of Florida.
- If an RN, must have an active and current LPN License to practice in the State of Florida.
- Current BLS Certification
