As a Remote Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our North Florida Retirement Village facility, helping us maintain efficiency and productivity in our day-to-day operations. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in North Florida while still being an integral part of our team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the main point of contact for all administrative needs at North Florida Retirement Village, including managing phone calls, emails, and messages and responding to them in a timely manner.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings and events.
- Assist with creating, formatting, and proofreading documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain and update residents' records and assist with any necessary paperwork.
- Handle facility inquiries and provide necessary information to current and prospective residents and their families.
