What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer position at North Fork Rancheria Indian Housing Authority?
Construction Laborer. Full-time, non-exempt employee. Construction laborers assist carpenters with construction and rehabilitation activities. Construction laborer duties include removing debris from construction areas, retrieving tools and materials, sweeping up construction areas, laying out tools, shoveling, landscaping and maintenance, and other tasks related to construction, rehabilitation, and management of housing units. Knowledge of basic hand and power tool operations and general building concepts desired. Hour rate of pay, depending on experience.
