We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to help keep our patients healthy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable treating a wide variety of illnesses and conditions and should enjoy working with people through both good and bad health times in their lives. A successful candidate will have experience in both primary care and internal medicine and regularly provide geriatric care.
Responsibilities:
- Teach patients how to understand their health problems by giving them educational materials and advice.
- Prescribe medications according to the latest scientific data.
- Monitor patient health and provide treatment when necessary.
- Make a preliminary diagnosis of the disease based on the patient history and physical examination.
- Order tests, administer medications, and perform procedures.
