Position Summary :
North Greenville University (NGU) is seeking a Graduate Assistant Linebackers Coach to support the football program while pursuing a graduate degree. The GA coach will assist in all aspects of coaching the linebacker unit, including player development, film analysis, practice planning, game preparation, and recruiting support. Key Responsibilities :
Coaching & Player Development :
- Assist in coaching the linebacker position, emphasizing technique, fundamentals, and defensive schemes.
- Support player development through individualized instruction, film study, and on-field drills.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback during practice and games.
- Help implement practice plans aligned with NGU's defensive philosophy.
- Track player progress and report development insights to the defensive coordinator.
