HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
Our Strategy and Design team helps clients build the capacity to adapt to deliver and innovate in the face of external changes and competitive pressures. We're looking for operating model and organizational design experts to help us grow further.
At North Highland, you'll work in collaborative teams, bringing together operating model, organizational design, and career development to embed results with our clients. We take pride in making sustainable improvements to the way our clients work and collaborate and are looking for individuals with that same passion to join us.
YOU WILL :
- Use your knowledge of workforce transformation strategy and design to influence senior clients and bring a workforce lens to organizational design, processes, and ways of working. You will be expected to collaboratively design strategies, align leaders, and manage project scope in ambiguous environments, delivering desired business outcomes and high-quality deliverables.
- You will work closely with other Strategy Practice colleagues to bring cross-capability expertise as integrated solutions to clients.
- Actively drive business development through the identification of new opportunities with new and existing clients and shaping and leading proposal development. Influence senior buyers through expertise, market knowledge across workforce transformation to support business growth.
- Participate in Strategy Practice initiatives to build and grow our approach to driving customer centric businesses by modernizing client operations and transforming their workforce? objectives.
- Contribute to the formal development of tools, methodologies and go to market applications, and inspire innovative approaches and techniques.
- Nurture talent in a high growth team, building scale as we expand our business and promoting our people centric culture as an ambassador for driving a great working experience.
- Further our firm wide Diversity, Equity & Inclusion ambitions, and role model behaviors for our teams.
