Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HOA Manager to oversee the daily operations of our homeowners' association. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a thorough understanding of HOA management, and the ability to foster positive relationships with community members.
Responsibilities
- Mail monthly HOA statements
- Process violations
- Oversee HOA work orders and respond in a timely manner
- Bid landscaping contracts
- Respond to emails and filter accordingly
- Complete daily tasks via project management software
- Attend board meetings and take minutes.
- Create HOA newsletters
- Process ACC requests
- Maintain the company website
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HOA management is preferred.
- Background in sales or contract management.
- Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to homeowners' associations is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents and vendors alike.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and record keeping.
