Are you passionate about making a difference in the community? We’re looking for a dedicated Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee to join our Outpatient Clinic in the vibrant Grand Rapids area. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide individual, group, and family therapy, helping our clients navigate their mental health journeys.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver compassionate therapy services to individuals, groups, and families.
- Collaborate with a talented interdisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct annual diagnostic assessments to inform our approach.
- Offer crisis intervention consultations to support those in need.
- Share your knowledge by providing in-service training to staff and participating in agency-wide training programs.
- Keep detailed and compliant documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements:
- A master’s degree in a mental health field from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.
- For MH Professional, current Minnesota licensure in good standing in his/her discipline by the appropriate Minnesota licensing authority.
- A solid grasp of, and commitment to, the ethical principles governing the professional practice of his/her discipline.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting: This role requires extended periods of sitting while working with clients or performing administrative tasks.
- Light lifting: Occasional lifting of up to 10-15 pounds, such as documents or office supplies.
- Mobility: Ability to move between different office locations, meeting spaces, and client settings as necessary.
Salary : $57,500 - $65,000
