Radon Mitigation Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team in the Radon industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry. This role involves working with various tools and equipment assess, analyze, and install Radon mitigation systems. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work are essential for success in this position.

Duties

• Assess entrance points and conditions for Radon entrance.
• Analyze conditions that cause increased Radon levels in buildings
• Conduct Radon mitigation processes to ensure safe and healthy environments.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various mitigation projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout all phases of projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to Radon Mitigation when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in the diagnosis and mitigation process.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in crawlspaces and attics.
• Willingness to undergo training as needed for specific techniques or safety protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
