Job Description:
North Jersey Flower Walls & Photo Booths is seeking a reliable, professional, and friendly Photo Booth Attendant to join our team for the busy event season. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and managing our photo booth services at various events, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport, set up, and break down the photo booth and related equipment at event venues.
- Operate the photo booth, assist guests, and troubleshoot technical issues if they arise.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure all event details are executed as instructed, including proper setup and branding.
- Maintain and safeguard company equipment, ensuring it remains in excellent working condition.
- Capture event moments by recording videos and taking photos as needed.
- Manage event flow efficiently and ensure a seamless experience for guests.
- Memorize and follow detailed setup, operation, and breakdown procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized event space.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to travel to different event locations.
- Demonstrate integrity and professionalism by being honest, accountable, and respectful in all interactions with clients, guests, and venue staff.
- Strong customer service skills – must be friendly, polite, and professional at all times.
- Personable and professional – must have a great personality, be outgoing, and interact respectfully with venue staff, event coordinators, and guests for extended periods.
- Trustworthy, respectful and dependable – must be punctual and committed to scheduled shifts.
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using tablets, cameras, printers, and troubleshooting minor technical issues.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and memorize procedures for seamless event execution.
- Organized and detail-oriented – must keep equipment, setups, and workspaces neat while respecting both our property and the venues we work with.
- Physically able to lift and transport equipment ( up to 75 lbs).
- Well-groomed, with excellent manners and a professional appearance.
- Ability to take high-quality photos and videos for social media and event documentation.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred but Not Required:
- Previous experience in event services, customer service, or hospitality.
- Experience with photography, videography, or social media content creation.
- Basic knowledge of lighting and camera settings.
