Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Manage benefits administration and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, healthcare administration, or another related field.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources/healthcare.
- Knowledge of employment laws for federal, state, and local agencies.
- Knowledge of state & federal statutes regarding client confidentiality laws.
- Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards (preferred).
