- The Restaurant Manager is responsible for cultivating and developing an exciting, positive, results-based culture for the restaurant. Must possess strong personal organization, genuine hospitality, and care for staff. Must have a true passion for the restaurant industry.
Job Overview: * Completing management administrative duties including operations reports, financial documentation, guest correspondence, human resources / staff management paperwork, operations evaluations, standard operating procedures, safety and sanitations checklists, ordering and inventory documentation, and PR/marketing tasks Skills/Knowledge Required
- Up to date with the latest social media trends
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a positive working culture for all team members.
- Maintain the quality and consistency of the guest experience.
- Actively interact with guests and staff during operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Customer service oriented and proactive. Ability to maintain positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Is FRIENDLY, engaging, gracious has the ability to focus and connect with guests at all levels and employees and exceed their expectations.
- Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills

- Overseas operations in compliance with legal and regulatory agency requirements
- Able to work shift duties that may include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

- Food service and Bassett certificates must be current at time of hire.
- Can work with prolonged standing and mobility 8-12 hours
- Experience: Over 3 years of hospitality/restaurant management experience
- Pay: Based on experience/ negotiable
