You know what connected feels like when you are part of our team. #WhatConnectsYou Job Description Clerical/Receptionist Greets/assists employees, vendors, and visitors who come to the Department Responds to employee, vendor and visitor requests verbally and/or via telephone or email Receives and processes incoming telephone calls and emails. Administers Reptrax third party credentialing system Performs routine duties as assigned including keying PO’s into Peoplesoft, misc. / faxing, data entry, photocopying, etc. Performs back up as needed for PO expediting and GHX electronic order processing processes Responsible for Reception area coverage at all times during assigned working hours except for preassigned lunch and break times Performs additional tasks as assigned Customer Relations: Customer service is the most essential element of this position Assists with client flow to staff offices by appointment or walk-ins Data Entry: As assigned Regulatory : Adheres to NMHS/NMMC Policies/Procedures/Guidelines Complies with State and Federal regulations Education : Attends required educational programs, in-services, and performance improvement activities Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree in Business preferred Working knowledge of computers and software programs; required Excellent written and verbal communication skills; required Excellent organizational skills; required Minimum of 1 year of clerical/office experience; preferred Knowledge of office procedures; preferred Ability to effectively and efficiently interact with individuals
