They ensure that patient satisfaction goals, clinic objectives, and quality standards are met, as well as play a key role in the hiring and evaluation of clinic staff. As a director, this role provides strategic leadership, goal-setting, and operational management for a department or function, contributing to the overall organizational success. JOB FUNCTIONS Coordinate: Plan, direct, coordinates, and oversees the operations/activities of the assigned clinic(s). Assure patient satisfaction goals, clinic goals and quality standards are met. Coordinates the hiring of clinic staff. Participate in strategic planning Particiapate in Physician and other provider recruitment Supervise: Supervises, evaluates, coaches, and counsels employees within scope of responsibility. Recommends merit increases and disciplinary actions. Provides evaluation feedback (individual and/or team). Budget: Assists in preparing the budget for assigned clinics to include both capital and operating. Reporting: Prepare various reports for management/leadership. Liaison: Serves as a liaison between clinics, staff, physicians, and administration to ensure high quality, cost effective patient care. Education: Participates in Performance Management and Improvement of staff. Regulatory: Adheres to NMHS/NMMCI Policies/Procedures/Guidelines. Complies with applicable federal and state regulatory guidelines/laws/policies/procedures.
