Job Description/Requirements:
The Diagnostic Services Department at the NMRC is a multidisciplinary team of professionals who assess individuals for the presence of Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and make referrals for services. The Behavioral Health Services II position in Diagnostic Services is a fourth-level professional under the direct supervision and oversight of an appropriately licensed or certified Behavioral Health professional. Individuals in this position conduct assessments of intelligence, achievement, adaptive functioning, and behavioral functioning.
Requires a master's degree in psychology or Ed.S. in psychometry, a minimum of 5-6 years of experience, and full licensure or certification (e.g., psychometrist, LPC, L/CMHT, L/CIDDT).
Graduate level training and experience in assessment/testing (e.g., IQ, adaptive, academic, behavioral, etc.) is required, along with strong writing skills.
