POSITION: COMPUTER MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
NORTH OLMSTED CITY SCHOOLS
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School diploma and training beyond high school relevant to job responsibilities including in-depth knowledge of Windows 10 and 2008, 2012 2016 Server. Preference given to candidates with a related Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant certification.
· Knowledge of Chromebooks, Chrome OS and G-Suite for Education
· Knowledge of Cisco Switching, Meraki Wireless, and other networking tools
· Familiar with VMWare and other Virtual solutions
· Knowledge, technical ability and customer service skills necessary to repair and service hardware.
· Knowledge of electronics and wiring.
· Knowledge of and experience in installing, using, maintaining and upgrading multiple platforms and peripherals.
· Meets all mandated health requirements
· Documented evidence of a clear criminal record
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to train adult learners
· Commitment to keeping current with technological advances
· Able to plan ahead, yet remain flexible enough to adapt to new situations or react to emergencies.
· Suited for situations that require the ability to interact well with other people, but also the ability to work alone.
