Job Title: Senior IS Technician

Pay Rate: $20.80/HR on W2
Duration: 6 Months (Potential for Extension)
Shift Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Questionnaire:
Able to lift up to 30 lbs?
Able to lift up to 80 lbs with assistance?
How many years of IT experience?
How many years refurbing hardware?
Individuals are responsible to repair, stage, configure and QA IT hardware to stores and field service technicians. This position will also refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment. Constant walking and standing. Constant lifting less then 30lbs but occasionally lifting up to 80lbs with assistance.
Duties:
Administer asset tracking using CVS software systems.
Provide staging, configuration and bench repairs of specific CVS store hardware.
Process all applicable warranty claims.
Accurately record all production details and inventory movements.
Refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment.
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
Technical individual with 2 year technical school and/or experience preferred. Administrative computer skills, Word and Excel also preferred
High school diploma or GED required
2-year technical school and/or experience, preferred
Must Haves:
Strong attentional to detail
Must be able to multi-task
Good mechanical aptitude
Will train the right candidate how to do the job
