- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with dentists to create comprehensive treatment plans for patients, including discussing costs, insurance coverage, and scheduling appointments.
- Financial Consultation: Provide accurate estimates of treatment costs, discuss financial arrangements, and help patients explore available payment options.
- Insurance Coordination: Work closely with insurance providers to verify coverage, submit claims, and ensure timely processing of insurance-related matters.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments according to treatment plans, patient preferences, and the availability of dental professionals.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and insurance documentation.
- Follow-up: Reach out to patients after treatment to ensure their satisfaction, answer any post-treatment questions, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.

Qualifications:
