We are a premiere multi-purpose, cross-seasonal sports facility (dome) dedicated to developing and enhancing sports skills in an enjoyable environment for residents and all teams in the area. The region has a great sports tradition and participation at all levels.
NPSC boasts a full-size FIFA field, party room, and connector with front desk and lounge areas. The FIFA sized soccer field can be sub-divided for training and competition for all sports. Access to terrific residential population in very close proximity
Overview
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team at North Park Sports Complex! The Customer Service Representative will greet and direct customers as they enter the complex and provide control of the front door location. This position will provide assistance to customer requests along with inquiries about NPSC operations and policies as well as perform various administrative duties as directed by the supervisor.
Must be available for weekday shifts-3pm-12pm, OR weekend shifts-7a-12a
Job Duties
· Greets each guest promptly using the proper greeting for time of day to create a friendly positive entrance and departure to and from the complex.
· Provides security and control to the front door of the facility.
· Ensures that guests and appointments are directed to the appropriate area in a prompt, professional manner.
· Answers phone in a professional and courteous manner and uses proper phone greeting techniques.
· Addresses caller’s requests and/or takes appropriate messages noting caller’s name.
· Registers all telephone inquiries and transfers the call to the appropriate employee.
· Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
· Maintain neat appearance and wear proper uniform attire during scheduled shift.
· Cleans and maintains the complex according to Company standards.
· Follow proper opening and closing procedures as instructed.
· Logs all maintenance concerns that are reported.
· Follows and reports any safety concerns.
· Works when scheduled and adheres to company attendance policies.
· Other duties as assigned
· Facilities to include but not limited to light cleaning and trash removal.
Skills and Qualifications
· Excellent customer service skills are required.
· Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members.
· Ability to communicate effectively verbally, non-verbally and in writing is required
· Understanding of basic cash processing procedures is required.
· Functional computer skills are required.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Availability needed: Weekdays-3p-11p, Weekends-7a-12a
Working Conditions
· Routine work during evenings and weekends and occasional extended hours.
· May be exposed to noise > 80dB TWA.
· May work at heights 4 – 10 ft.
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
