Local long-standing truck line North Park Transportation Co in Missoula, MT has an immediate full time Operations Support Specialist opening. This is an in-office position reporting to the Office Manager.

Pay Range: $1,300.00/per week, depending on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday. May be occasional OT. 0300am to 1300pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Timely and accurate data entry.
- Index driver paperwork into the imaging system for processing.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, mailing, filing, scanning and copying.
- Maintain appropriate records, files and documentation.
- Dispatching.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-3 years’ data entry experience.
- Strong typing and 10-key skills.
- Must be able to type 50 wpm while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
- Dispatching.
- Trucking Industry experience.
