Job Title : Director of Property Operations
Department : Properties
Reports to : Executive Pastor of Finance and Admin
FLSA : Exempt
Job Summary : Oversees the Physical Plant, which includes the Building Engineers and Landscape staff. Responsible for Leading, Organizing, and day-to-day Supervision of the Building Engineering and Property Landscape Team.
Work Performed :
1. Direct supervision of the assigned Property Ministry Team : Building Engineers and Landscape personnel, including annual reviews.
2. Responsible for Payroll of Engineers and Landscape personnel.
3. Helps develop and administer the Property Ministry budget, services and contracts.
4. Evaluates the productivity of assigned staff, supplies and services.
5. Works on Special Projects as needed.
6. Oversees all property requirements related to buildings and grounds.
7. Provides Mentoring for all supervised Personnel.
8. Meets regularly with the Executive Pastor of Finance and Admin to Prioritize projects.
9. Manages vendors for construction / property projects
10. Manages expenses to budget and turns in monthly expense PO’s and reports
11. Examines ways to reduce spending on energy and property expenses
12. All other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Qualifications : Must possess strong communication and managerial skills
This person will be a Player / Coach. An office will be provided but the expectation is most of the time will be spent helping the employees in the field.
An Engineering Degree or 3 Years of Practical Experience is Preferred.
