KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FRONT DESK COORDINATION
* Serve as the first point of contact, greeting clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
* Manage inbound calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
* Handle front desk operations, including mail and package distribution.
* Assist with planning and executing company events to enhance team culture and client engagement.
CLIENT EXPEREINCE ADMINISTRATION
* Deliver outstanding customer service by executing The North Point Difference.
* Manage and maintain software contacts and client records.
* Perform daily reviews of client tasks and service issues to ensure swift resolutions.
* Request and track service reviews to continuously improve client satisfaction.
* Schedule high-volume Irrigation & Fertilization Services during peak spring and fall seasons.
* Send appointment reminder emails/calls to irrigation clients the day prior to their service.
* Communicate with the Irrigation & Fertilization Division Managers and their service team to support our clients.
CLIENT EXPERIENCE SALES & SUPPORT
* Assist the Residential Sales Team with client communication, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
* Manage Microsoft Bookings to ensure seamless scheduling of client appointments.
* Make appointment reminder calls for client estimates.
* Conduct client opportunity follow-ups to support the sales process.
* Distribute marketing blasts to engage and inform clients.
* Oversee residential client receivables, ensuring declined payment methods are promptly updated.
EXPECTATIONS
* Education: Associate degree preferred; high school diploma required.
* Technical Skills: Experienced in MS Office applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Bookings.
* Client-Focused Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, engaging, and helpful approach to working with clients and team members.
* Organization & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
* Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, resourceful attitude with the ability to think critically and find solutions.
