Trains and develops front desk staff
Strategically works with the Rev-Max team to manage room inventory and maximize revenue through strategic allocation and up-selling initiatives.
Oversees transactions, billing and rate management
Interacts with other departments to meet guest needs
Ensures guest satisfaction and address concerns when needed
Supervisory Responsibility: Front Office Staff
Work Environment: Office work environment with business-casual dress; may require some standard of uniform; extensive contact with internal and external customers.

Bachelor’s degree preferred
4-6 years’ related experience
3 years management experience
Hilton and Marriott Experience
Must be proficient in FOSSE Office System
