As a member of the North Point Team, the Front Desk Agent embodies NPH Guest Service Principles by warmly greeting and welcoming guests on arrival, professionally handling business transactions and responding timely and sensitively to guest needs / requests.
Essential Functions :
- Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival.
- Manages guest check-in, check-out and billing processes.
- Handles sensitive guest information including room assignment and credit card / cash
- Responds to guest inquiries, ensuring that complaints or requests are handled timely and with
