What are the responsibilities and job description for the Musical Administrative Assistant position at North Reading Public Schools?
North Reading Middle School Musical is seeking candidates for part-time, temporary Administrative Assistant stipend position. In this role you will support various tasks for the 2024-2025 Musical. This position is expected to be less than 35 hours total from December through February.
Essential Duties
- Coordination of Playbill
- Gather student and parent/guardian emails
- Develop cast and crew photos
- Purchase props and costumes
- Return all costumes and props not used in the musical
- Create an inventory of purchases
- Other duties as assigned by the Musical Director or their Designee
Requirements
- Organized
- Detail oriented
- Strong computer skills including Google and Microsoft Office Suite
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required
