Project Location : 100% Remote, Washington D.C. area preferred

Important : Candidate must have at least 3 years of Momentum User Support Experience
Description of Role :
The detail-oriented customer focused Momentum (an ERP Solution) Business Analyst provides end-user support, user engagement, and sustainment training support for a large ERP Implementation Program. This role requires a strong understanding of Momentum acquisition and financial systems and business processes to support end users effectively.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Momentum end-user support, troubleshooting issues, identifying solutions, communicating guidance to end users, and escalating complex issues to Tier teams as needed
- Develop content for and lead a monthly knowledge session to provide system updates, best practices, and address common questions for new and existing end users
- Create or maintain Momentum user guides, FAQs, and training materials for end users
- Identify patterns in user issues and recommend system enhancements or training opportunities
- Document user inquiries, resolutions, and known issues to maintain a comprehensive client knowledge base
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to resolve system related issues and ensure a fully functioning system
- Maintain up to date knowledge of Momentum system updates and changes, ensuring accurate and timely information to end users
