Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Momentum Systems Engineer to join our team at Tech Soft, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing robust systems that support CGI's Momentum Financial ERP.
Key responsibilities for this position include installing, deploying, and managing RHEL Linux-based environments, resolving IT hardware and software infrastructure issues, and implementing and optimizing containerized applications using OpenShift. Additionally, you will collaborate with software development teams to ensure system performance and reliability, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and apply security patches and operating system upgrades to ensure the security and integrity of the technical environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 7 years of technical experience in system design, development, and production support of large applications/systems. Strong proficiency in Linux administration (RHEL, CentOS, etc.) is necessary, as well as hands-on experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes. Technical experience with CGI Momentum Federal Financials ERP software is also highly desirable.
