What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at North Shore Country Club?
The Groundskeeper is a key member of the course maintenance team and is responsible for the mowing, landscaping, and maintenance around the golf course and club house.
Qualifications, Experience & Skill Requirements:
- Must posses excelled interpersonal and communications skills
- Must be highly organized, efficient, and detailed oriented
- Must possess the ability to operate all tools and equipment related to golf course maintenance. (willing to train)
Position Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean & organized work area on the golf course and
- maintenance facility
- Mow greens, fairways, and other turf related areas
- Trim and prune hedges, shrubs, and trees
Working Conditions
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms, stand, walk, and stoop.
- The employee must be able to lift and or move up to 40lbs.
- Moderate exposure to extreme cold, heat, working outdoors, vibration, pollen, dust.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour
