We are looking for someone who is dependable and outgoing. Someone who enjoys helping people and who is given a repair task and can take initiative to get it taken care of . You will drive a company truck, so responsible driving and appropriate appearance are necessary. A Maintenance Team Member will handle many day-to-day tasks including, but not limited to:
Basic Plumbing- Basic Carpentry-Basic Painting-Lawn Care & Spraying-Fixing Stuck Windows and Doors-Inspecting for Storm Damage-Delivering Materials to Sub Contractors-Moving Appliances & Furniture. Some furniture moving is needed. Some lifting needed.
Starting Pay is based upon experience. Pay Review after 90 days of excellent work.
Other duties as assigned Must be willing to work weekend and holidays as needed. Adhere to company policies, rules, and procedures

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
