What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Services Representative position at North Shore Federal Credit Union?
North Shore Federal Credit Union is looking for an individual interested in providing exceptional member service in a growing financial. Individuals should be detail-oriented and will perform a variety of member service duties including daily teller transactions, assisting members with their everyday banking needs and vault management. Prior experience is helpful but not required. Training program provided. Individuals will work primarily in our Pike Lake location scheduled to open Spring 2025. Desired Knowledge & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service and/or cash handling experience
- Comfortable using computers and other technology
- Good verbal communications and interpersonal skills
