Responsibilities
- Greet members warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management practices are followed.
- Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring transactions and identifying suspicious activity.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist members with financial services inquiries.
- Promote additional services through upselling techniques to enhance member satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience for all members.
