What are the responsibilities and job description for the Telephone Member Service Representative position at North Shore Federal Credit Union?
North Shore Federal Credit Union is looking for an individual interested in providing exceptional member service in a growing financial. Individuals should be detail-oriented and will perform a variety duties including handling incoming telephone calls, providing a variety of member service duties including routine transactions, assisting members with their everyday banking needs and necessary call routing. Prior experience is helpful but not required. Training program provided. Individuals will work primarily in our Duluth-Pike Lake location scheduled to open Spring 2025. Desired Knowledge & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience, either in person or telephone
- Comfortable using computers and other technology
- Good verbal communications and interpersonal skills
