What are the responsibilities and job description for the Culinary Supervisor position at North Shore Golf Club?
North Shore Golf Club is looking for a professional and dedicated individual to work hand in hand with the Executive Chef and kitchen crew. The position will require working nights, weekends and certain holidays. The Executive Sous Chef/Culinary Supervisor will aid in menu planning, production and execution of ala carte business and banquet events. We are looking for a career-oriented person dedicated to growth and longevity within the food service industry. North Shore Golf Club is a family orientated club that is member focused and driven. North Shore is a very stable, established Club and is growing and expanding to stay on the forefront of the private club experience in Northeast Wisconsin. We change the menus frequently and run weekly/daily specials. We support creativity and encourage thinking outside of the box while developing specials and menu items. Serve Safe certification is recommended.
