Grinders report directly to Production Supervisors. The scope of work requires various levels of competency based upon the complexity of the production and the type equipment utilized by the operator.

Grinders report directly to Production Supervisors. The scope of work requires various levels of competency based upon the complexity of the production and the type equipment utilized by the operator.
Primary Duties
- Verify that equipment is properly "set-up" to process the material and that appropriate PPE is in a good condition.
- Grind parts to remove imperfections and create a smooth, high quality product.
- Operate equipment in the manner for which it was intended.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain an orderly, clean and neat workplace.
- Identify equipment issues and immediately report to management.
- Attend all safety and training meetings and as directed.
- Assist in training of co-workers as requested.
- Ability to identify imperfections.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
