We are looking for a skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Foreman of Underground Operations. In this critical role, you will oversee underground construction activities, ensuring seamless execution while adhering to stringent code and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee underground construction activities, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the crew to guarantee that all construction operations meet customer and industry specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of daily progress, production reports, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of prior experience in construction, cable, telecommunications, or related industries; leadership experience is preferred.
- Able to perform physical tasks required for the entire assigned shift.
- Ability to operate various types of trucks and equipment.
- Drive and/or operate diesel or gasoline powered equipment to/from/on jobsite (CDL preferred).
- Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc. in achieving North Sky's goals.
