Responsibilities:
The Aerial Foreman is responsible for overseeing the completion of aerial construction projects, working closely with crews to ensure timely and accurate submission of dailies and production reports. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of safety and quality control standards.
Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years prior experience in construction, cable, telecommunications or related industries; leadership experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift
- Must be able to operate various types of trucks and equipment
- Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policies
