We are looking for a dynamic and highly professional individual to serve as a GoArmy Contact Center Representative. In this role, you will act as a key ambassador for the U.S. Army, serving as the primary point of contact for prospective recruits. As part of the front-line team, you will play a critical role in shaping the initial experience of individuals interacting with the U.S. Army, making a significant impact on the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and record contact information from potential U.S. Army recruits.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries via phone, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Manage and distribute recruitment leads to appropriate local recruiters.
This position requires a strong commitment to excellence in customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively on behalf of the U.S. Army.
The position pays an additional $4.57 HRLY Health and Wellness stipend.
