Job Summary :
The MEDOPS (Medical Operations) Program Manager oversees medical readiness programs for Army National Guard (ARNG) personnel, ensuring compliance with medical policies, fitness requirements, and readiness assessments. This role is critical for tracking medical statuses, coordinating medical evaluations, and supporting personnel in meeting Army medical fitness standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor medical readiness metrics, ensuring that service members meet Army health and fitness requirements.
- Oversee compliance with DoD, ARNG, and Army medical policies, ensuring all personnel are medically deployable.
