If you have a high school diploma, a passion for helping others, a valid driver's license, and can deliver top-quality compassionate care, we would like to hear from you.
We have entry-level through supervisor positions available. As well as a fast-track entry-level training program through our apprenticeship program.
Available Positions
Apprenticeship: High school diploma or equivalent or high school junior or senior school having an interest in providing health care services. This is a Department of Labor-approved Direct Support Professional learning opportunity leading to career growth.
Direct Support Professional (DSP): High school diploma with some work experience in customer service or direct care role, must have a valid driver's license.
Team Lead: Experienced direct service professional with 3 -4 years of experience in as a DPS and demonstration and commitment to the role of DSP; prefer experience in directing the work of others. High school diploma or GED required. must have a valid driver's license.
Supervisors: 4 years of experience as a DSP or Team Lead position or human service BA or related degree and previous experience in team leading or supervision of others. Must have a valid driver's license.
- All positions require criminal and adult/ child abuse background checks.
