As part of our mission, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Triple P Facilitator to lead evidence-based parenting programs that empower caregivers to build strong, healthy relationships with their children.
Job Summary
The Triple P Facilitator will be responsible for delivering the Positive Parenting Program to parents, caregivers, and community groups. This role involves facilitating workshops, conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, and providing guidance using the Triple P curriculum. The facilitator will work closely with families to support their parenting journey and improve child behavioral outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Triple P parenting sessions in individual and group settings (in-person).
- Educate parents on evidence-based parenting strategies to improve child behavior and family dynamics.
- Assess participant needs and tailor program delivery accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other family support professionals and organizations to enhance program outreach.
- Provide culturally responsive and inclusive support to diverse families.
- Attend training and stay updated on best practices in parenting support programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certification as a Triple P Facilitator.
- Background in social work, psychology, counseling, early childhood education, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience working with parents, caregivers, or families in a supportive role.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage program logistics effectively.
- Familiarity with child development and behavior management techniques.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages).
- Experience in case management, family advocacy, or community outreach.
