Role Overview:
Support GMP manufacturing of critical starting materials for gene therapy programs. Responsibilities include managing communication with CMOs, reviewing technical documents (batch records, deviations, change controls), and supporting production processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or Life Sciences with 3-4 years of relevant industry experience.
- Knowledge in biologics, cell banking, plasmid production, or gene therapy.
- Experience with quality systems (deviations, change controls, batch records).
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to travel 1-2X/quarter to CMOs.
Preferred: Experience with CDMOs and project management.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
