Note: The position requires being onsite 2 to 3 times a month at the Cambridge location.
Job Description:
Support the International Patient Services Team by assisting Case Managers with patient referrals, data updates, tracking case status, and patient/physician outreach. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and provide ongoing communication to the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in case management for patients
- Collaborate with team on ongoing support
- Update patient transitions within the system
- Adhere to all laws and policies
- Provide support with documentation and communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 5 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical experience
- Strong case management and reimbursement background
- Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 3 years of case management experience preferred
- Patient-focused and empathetic
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $38.00 - $41.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
