Responsible for completing and participating in office administration jobs and assisting staff to promote efficiency in North Texas Therapy & Home Care.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Answering phones with an inviting tone and friendly attitude
- Providing assistance to office and field staff
- Scheduling visits in the EMR system
- Verifying signature sheets and scanning into EMR
- Bill and post payments in the EMR system.
- Track materials and assessment in inventory closet
- Send out monthly recertifications to therapist
- Coordinate patient care services
- Ordering office supplies
- Assists with translations via phone or in-person for treating/evaluating therapists and office staff
Position Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED preferred.
- Experience with office administration preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all segments of staff.
- Flexibility, organization, and friendliness required.
- Current drivers license
- Reliable transportation
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
- Must carry valid auto insurance and driver's license.
