Summary:
The purpose of this position is to provide human resources support to departments and staff to assist with the implementation and administration of agency policies and procedures. This is accomplished by processing new employees, coordinating human resources programs, analyzing data, coordinating, and monitoring of the human resources department budget and assisting with proposals and executive summaries. Other duties include assisting with preparation of training materials and completing special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Attends meetings and taking minutes of meetings, assisting with documents including proposals, RFP and RFP development, executive summaries, and departmental assessment binders.
- Processes all new hire and benefits information.
- Coordinates the Employee Educational Assistance Program.
- Coordinates the preparation and submission of regularly scheduled information such as monthly turnover analysis, purchase orders and assists with or coordinates special projects.
- Coordinates the position-based management process.
M inimum:
- Associate’s degree
- 1 – 3 years’ experience
- Valid driver’s license
