Works collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner. Plans and directs the short and long range objectives / goals of the company to meet its financial and non-financial goals. Ensures synergy between people, processes, and strategies to execute business objectives / goals. Attracts, trains, develops, and retains talent to ensure business needs are met. Drives and builds revenue growth through developing new business strategies to improve overall performance. Communicates key information to respective stakeholders. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and policies.Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAININGMaster’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field.Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare AdministrationProficiency in computer operations including word processingDemonstrates community commitmentAbility to lead at all levels of managementMust possess excellent written and verbal communication skillsSt. Francis Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $250,000.00 to $350,000.00.
