What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN – Home Health Nurse position at North Woods Home Care & Hospice?
North Woods Home Care and Hospice has an excellent opportunity for a full-time/part-time Licensed Practical Nurse in the Escanaba area. We are looking for a compassionate professional with strong nursing skills. This is a fast-paced environment where teamwork is essential. LPN will work with a multi-disciplinary team of health professionals and make visits to patients in their homes. The Escanaba location serves patients in and around the greater Delta County area.
Experience in home care is a plus. Computer literacy needed and experience in computerized documentation system is helpful. We offer an attractive compensation and benefits package including a sign on bonus and a company car based from home.
