Job Description :
Our client is a tech focused Asset Management firm seeking a Benefits Coordinator to assist in the administrative, and talent aspects of the HR department. This role focuses on onboarding and offboarding, as well as keeping employees updated on benefits and additional employment services. This role provides an opportunity to work with the HR department and the opportunity to work in a comprehensive role supporting in an HR, administrative, and event planning function.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage calendars, conference calls, book appointments and conference rooms for the HR professionals
- Greet and welcome candidates, and facilitate interview schedules
- Book travel and create itineraries for candidates, including hotel, and car service
- Serve as the on-call point of contact for everyday needs
- Liaise between third party providers, benefits partners, and HR Business Partners
- Order and set up lunches for interviews as needed
- Act as point of contact between internal teams
- Have a high sense of discretion when handling sensitive information
- Manage the ATS and HRIS updates
- Assist with yearly evaluation of benefits providers
- Create internal communications plans for updating employees on their options
- Send weekly reports to the HR leaders
- Stay ahead of changes in the marketplace
